Leota Annis Plum Knotts Parsons, 96, a resident of Parsons, West Virginia, departed this life Thursday morning, Nov. 2, 2023, at the Tygart Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center at Belington, West Virginia. For the past several years, she has resided at Talbott Assistant Living, and Good Samaritan of Belington, West Virginia.
The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons today from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Final rites will be conducted from the funeral home on Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023, at 11 a.m.
The Rev. Julie M. Davis will officiate and interment will follow at the Bonnifield Cemetery at Horseshoe Run Road, St. George, West Virginia.
The Lohr & Barb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Leota Annis Plum Knotts Parsons.
