Ruby Simmons Propst, 97, of Smith Creek, Franklin, West Virginia, passed away Monday, Nov. 27, 2023, at Pendleton Manor in Franklin.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2023, at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin, where a funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. from the funeral home chapel.
Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Franklin.
