The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons, West Virginia, on Friday, Nov. 17, 2023, from 10 a.m. to noon.
Final rites will be conducted from the funeral home today at noon.
The Rev. Julie M. Davis will officiate and interment will follow at the Nestor Cemetery at Bull Run, St. George, West Virginia.
The Lohr & Barb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Virginia Mae Hovatter Nestor.
