Wayne's family received friends Sunday, Nov. 26, 2023, at Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg, West Virginia.
Funeral services will be Monday, Nov. 27, 2023, at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg.
Interment will follow in the Lahmansville Cemetery.
