Charlotte Korine Cooper, 27-day-old daughter of Rollin and Tiffany Cooper of Elkins, West Virginia, went to her heavenly home, Monday afternoon, Dec. 4, 2023, surrounded by her loving family and friends.
She was born Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023, at Morgantown, West Virginia.
Also surviving are her big brother, William Rollin Cooper III; loving pet, Whiskey; maternal grandparents, Penny and Richie Carr; paternal grandparents, Diana and Bill Cooper; Aunt Sis, Aunt Kelli, Aunt Kay and Aunt Chrissy; and Uncle Noah.
Feisty Baby Girl Charlotte left a lasting impact on all those that loved her.
A private graveside service will be held.
