The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons, West Virginia, on Friday, Dec. 29, 2023, from 10 a.m to noon.
Final rites will be conducted from the funeral home on Friday at noon. The Rev. Kevin Gainer and The Rev. Justin Jones will officiate and interment will follow at the Harsh Cemetery at Clover Run.
The Lohr & Barb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Harold Otto Gooden Sr.
