Ms. LaDonna Marie Lawrence, 53, a resident of Powhatan Point, Ohio, departed this life Thursday evening, Dec. 14, 2023, at her mother's home in Belington. Death was unexpected.
She was born on June 04, 1970, at Elkins a daughter of Samuel David and Nancy Joan Vanscoy Lawrence, who reside in Belington.
She is survived by one daughter, Crystal Dawn Beam and companion, Seth Morris, of Elkins; three brothers, Harlen Neil Lawrence and wife, Debi, of Clarksville, Tennessee, Samuel Burton Lawrence of Belington and John Paul Lawrence and wife, Monica, of Elkins; and her companion of several years, Timothy Whitt of Powhatan, Ohio.
Also surviving are one granddaughter, Alicia Morris; four nieces, Taylor Lawrence, Whitney Lawrence, Elizabeth Lawrence and Brooklyn Lawrence; three nephews, Tyler Lawrence, Trey Lawrence and Patrick Lawrence; and one sister-in-law, Misty Lawrence of Charleston.
She was preceded in death by one brother, James David Lawrence.
LaDonna attended the schools of Barbour County and was a graduate of Philip Barbour High School with the class of 1988. She was currently employed with Domino's Pizza in New Martinsville, West Virginia.
LaDonna loved the holidays especially Christmas and she enjoyed decorating for each holiday season, she also loved to play cards especially Texas hold'em, she enjoyed attending amusement parks with her granddaughter, and she loved to sing. Ladonna was a very giving person to everyone. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Friends and Family were received at the Talbott Funeral Home 56 N. Brandenburg Street in Belington on Monday, Dec. 18, 2023 from 5-9 p.m. Following the visitation, per Ladonna's request, cremation will be honored.
