Mr. Lloyd Teter Jr., 96, a resident of Elkins, passed away Sunday, Dec. 17, 2023 in Mountain Memories Assisted Living & Retirement Center.

Friends may call from 5 until 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2023, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. On Thursday, Dec. 21, Mr. Teter will be moved to the First United Methodist Church in Elkins where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Rev. Brian L. Seders and Rev. Dr. Basil A. Hensley will officiate and interment will follow in the Elkins Memorial Gardens on the Country Club Road.
