Naomi Wilfong Mitchell, 97, of Sugar Grove, West Virginia, died Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2023, at Pendleton Manor in Franklin.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday Dec. 31, 2023, from St. Michael Church Cemetery at Sugar Grove with Pastor Jerry Smith officiating.
