Funeral services will be Monday, Dec. 4, 2023, at 1 p.m. from the chapel of Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg
Phyllis's family will receive friends from 11 a.m. till time of service at 1 p.m.
Interment will be in Maysville Cemetery.
