Ernest R. "Ernie" Burky, 67, a resident of Dry Fork, West Virginia, passed away Saturday, Dec. 30, 2023, in the Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 5, 2024, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
On Saturday, Jan. 6, Ernie will be moved to the Dry Fork Assembly of God Church, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m.
Pastor Robert Yothers Jr. will officiate and interment will follow in the Mick Cemetery at Dry Fork.
Memorial contributions may be made to WVU Medicine Children's Hospital, 1 Medical Center Drive, Morgantown, WV 26506 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in memory of Ernie.
