The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024, from 10 a.m. to noon.
Final Rites will be conducted from the funeral home today at noon.
The Rev. Justin Jones will officiate and interment will follow at the Parsons Family Cemetery at Shavers Fork, Parsons, West Virginia.
The Lohr & Barb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Rosa Lee Shaffer Scalf.
