Cindy Sue Whetsell, 71, a resident of Belington, West Virginia, passed away Thursday, Feb. 8, 2024, in the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be under the direction of the Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins for Cindy Sue Whetsell.
