Johnie ‘Mario’ Junior Wiseman

Johnie "Mario" Junior Wiseman, 60, a resident of Beverly, passed from this life Thursday, May 9, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his family and under the care of WV Caring.

Johnie was born Sunday, Sept. 29, 1963, in Elkins, a son of Rev. John Clarence Wiseman and Ida Mae Shifflett Wiseman.

On August 29, 1992, in Adolph, he was married to the former Angela Darlene McCauley, who survives. They had celebrated 31 years of marriage.

Also left to cherish Johnie's memory are four children, William Franklin McCauley and fiance, Christina Maddy, Bobbie Sue Doom and fiance, Joshua Mallow, all of Beverly, Valerie Michelle Rowan and husband, John, and Johnie Junior Wiseman II, and wife, Alecia Janine, all of Elkins; two brothers, Michael Lee Wiseman and wife, Dena, of Beverly, and Danny Ray Wiseman and wife, Brenda, of Montrose; 17 grandchildren, Kodi Daniel, Damien, Sean, Madeline, Joshua, Logan, Hunter, Blake, Jasmine, Gracey, Braxton, Arayah, Zayden, Aubree, Paisley and Ryhlan; one great grandson, Ayden; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding Johnie in death was one daughter-in-law, April Currence McCauley.

Johnie was a graduate of Elkins High School with the class of 1983. He had worked several jobs but had worked at AHF Wood Products from 1994 until he retired in 2019 as a quality auditor. He was an avid NASCAR and Dallas Cowboy fan, and he enjoyed fishing, camping and boating on the lake. He enjoyed helping others and was a generous soul. He loved his family and will be missed by those who knew him.

Visitation will be held at the Randolph Funeral Home on Thursday, May 16, 2024, from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m., the funeral hour.

Rev. S. Kent Price will officiate, and Johnie's request for cremation will follow.
