Rosie Ann Ketterman, 99, a former resident of Pickens, West Virginia, and a resident of Elkins, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at Lavender Fields Assisted Living at Beverly.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be under the direction of the Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins for Rosie Ann Ketterman.
