Russell Ray Collins II, 58, a resident of Elkins, West Virginia, departed this life Friday, May 3, 2024, at his home.
The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Elkins, WV on Monday, May 13, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Final rites will be conducted from the funeral home on Monday at 1 p.m.
Preaching Minister Jason Brandon will officiate, and interment will follow at Elkins Memorial Gardens on the Airport Road, Elkins, West Virginia.
The family suggest that expressions on sympathy be in the form of contributions to, First Church of Christ, 300 Main Street, Elkins, WV 26241.
