Kathi Gabriella Renee’ ‘Kat’ Simons
Kathi Gabriella Renee’ “Kat” Simons, a native of Elkins and a resident of Midlothian, Virginia, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, June 28, 2024, at her home.
A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m., Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Maplewood Cemetery in Elkins, with Rev. Bill Riffee officiating.
Interment will follow.
The family requests flowers be omitted and memorial contributions be made to a local humane society of choice, the National Down Syndrome Society, 1155 15th Street, NW, Suite 540, Washington, DC 200005 or Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N. Michigan Avenue, FL, 17, Chicago, IL 60601 in memory of Kathi.
