The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Final rites will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 11 a.m.
The Rev. Neil Parsons will officiate and interment will follow at the Parsons City Cemetery at Parsons, West Virginia.
The Lohr & Barb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Marsha Lynn Raines Lipscomb.
