Billie Ray ‘Bill’ Mallow
								MALLOW
Billie Ray “Bill” Mallow, 87, a resident of Elkins, passed away Monday, Aug. 19, 2024, at his home with his family by his side and under the care of West Virginia Caring Hospice.
He was born June 12, 1937, at Elkins, a son of the late Auston R. and Martha Day Mallow.
He was formerly married to Agnes Boggs Mallow of Elkins.
Also surviving are four daughters, Debbie Cowger of Beverly, Loretta Bowers of Martinsburg, West Virginia, Tina Parks of Elkins and Michelle Simms of Montrose; one brother, Elmer Mallow and wife, Carolyn, of Elkins; and one sister, Mary Mitchell and husband, Frank, of Aberdeen, Maryland.
Seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren also survive.
Also preceding him in death are one son, Phillip Ray Mallow; two sisters, Sadie Harlen and Ruby Mallow; and two brothers, Thomas and Kenneth Mallow.
Bill was a driver for over 30 years with UPS prior to his retirement. He loved blue grass music, traveling and going out to eat.
He had attended Summit Church.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until noon, Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
A funeral service will be held at noon Thursday, from the funeral home chapel.
Interment will follow at Maplewood Cemetery in Elkins.
