Brandon Lee Kelly, 39, of Marlinton, West Virginia died Sunday, Aug. 18, at his home.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., Friday, Aug. 23, at Kimble Funeral Home in Marlinton, where a Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday. Military honors will be accorded by the Pocahontas County Veterans Honor Corps.
Inurnment at McElwee Cemetery will be private.
Memorials may be made in Brandon’s name to any PTSD organization.
