Carla Rae Fisher, 63, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 16, in her home in Bergton, Virginia.
For all those who knew her, Carla was truly a Rae of sunshine, bringing warmth and light to everyone she met, touched, and loved. woman of unwavering character and a devoted follower of God, she taught countless others the joys of life, how to love deeply, care selflessly, and savor the simple pleasures of living.
Her departure has left a void in the hearts of those she inspired, loved, and cared for, but her legacy of kindness and love will live on.
Carla is survived by her devoted husband, Rocky, and their son, Matthew Fisher, along with his fiance, Chandra Washington, of Elkins, West Virginia.
Carla also leaves four beloved grandchildren, Mya Fisher, Madelyn Tenny, Brennan Daniels and Aleighna Brenwalt, with whom she created some of her most cherished memories.
Additionally, she is survived by her two brothers, Joseph and Michael Petrice.
The family invites everyone who knew Carla to celebrate her life on Saturday, Aug. 17, at 1 p.m. in the Tygart Hotel conference room, Elkins, West Virginia.
Her gentle spirit and loving heart will be remembered forever.
