Richard Alan Daniels

Richard was born on July 24, 1952, at Blue Rock, to the late Lonnie A. and Lena Orpha Scott Daniels.

He is survived by his wife, Denise, of 49 years.

Also surviving are his daughters, Shannon Allyn Toth and husband, Jason, of Loveland, Ohio, and Shauna Faye Grantham and husband, John, of Lake Jackson, Texas; and four grandchildren, Scott Andrew Toth, Brett Alan Toth, Bryn Danielle Grantham and Reed William Grantham.

He was preceded in death by six sisters and two brothers.

Richard retired in 2014 after 36 years in the coal mining industry. He enjoyed woodworking, winemaking, along with spending time with his family.

In honoring Richard’s request, cremation will take place with no service to follow.
