Stephanie Ann Mace Campbell

Mrs. Stephanie Ann Mace Campbell, 40, a resident of Belington, departed this life Monday evening Sept. 2, 2024, in the Nella’s at Autumn Lake Nursing Home at Elkins, West Virginia. Death was following a period of declining health.

She was born Oct. 14, 1983, at Parkersburg, West Virginia, a daughter of William Mace, who survives in Arnoldsburg, West Virginia, and Janet James, who survives in Lockney, West Virginia.

On June 5, 2004, she was united in marriage to Dusty James Campbell, who survives at their home in Belington.

In addition to her husband and parents, those left to cherish her memory are two children, Daelyn Jade Campbell and Macey Paige Campbell, both of Belington; a sister, Tammy Tatman and husband, Christopher, of Gilmer County; aunts and uncles, Chrystal and Darren Conley, Carol “Pugey” and Dick Gaynor, and Norma and Andy Collins; a great-great-aunt, Ruby Fallen, nieces, Kaylie and Marley; first cousins, Cassidy, Chase, Ethan and Jon and wife, Mercie; a mother-in-law, Jeretha Thompson and husband, Walter; and father-in-law, David Campbell of Belington.

Also surviving is one sister-in-law, Tabatha Campbell, and her daughter, Gorgey Quattrone, and companion Derek.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Shirley and Harless Mace.

Stephanie was a graduate from the Gilmer High School with the class of 2002 and was a homemaker. She attended the Weaver Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed volunteering at the Belington Elementary School and at the Dance Factory in Buckhannon. She loved spending time with her family and making crafts and baking with her children. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Friends will be received at the Talbott Funeral Home, 56. N. Brandenburg St. in Belington, on Thursday, Sept. 5, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at which time final rites will be conducted from the funeral home chapel with the Pastor Tim Turner officiating.

Interment will then follow in the Concord Cemetery near Belington.
