Arling Randolph "Randy" Simmons II, 62, a resident of Elkins, passed away Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024, in the Davis Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 16, from the Tomblyn Funeral Home chapel, with Rev. Verl Simmons officiating.
Honoring Randy's request, cremation will follow.
