Harold E. "Buck" Vandevander, 79, of Circleville, West Virginia, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2024, at Davis Medical Center in Elkins, West Virginia.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 6, at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin, where a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7 from the funeral home chapel.
