Julia Ann Pennington, 45, of Franklin, West Virginia passed away at her home on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024.
The family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m., Monday, Oct. 14, at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin, where a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, with Pastor Harold Mullenax officiating.
Interment will be at the Lambert Cemetery near Franklin.
