Ricky Eugene Miller, 64 of Marlinton peacefully passed away on Friday, Oct. 25, 2024, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital with his wife by his side.
In keeping with his wishes, he will be cremated with a celebration of life which will be held in the spring.
