William Gail ‘Bill’ Morgan
William Gail “Bill” Morgan, 83, a resident of Monterville West Virginia, departed this life at 1:22 in the afternoon, Sunday, Dec. 22, 2024, at Mountain Memories Assisted Living & Retirement Center under the care of WV Caring Hospice.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Friday, Dec. 27, 2024, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 28, from the funeral home chapel, with Tim Turner officiating.
Interment will follow in the Mingo Cemetery, where full military honors will be accorded at the gravesite by members of the West Virginia National Guard Honor Guard Program, H.W. Daniels Post 29 American Legion and Tygart Valley Post 3647 Veterans of Foreign Wars.
The Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for William Gail “Bill” Morgan.
