Carole ‘Gretchen’ Wegman Guire Cleavenger
Carole “Gretchen” Wegman Guire Cleavenger, 91, a native of Randolph County, West Virginia, and a resident of ERCC for the past seven years, and a former resident of Volga, West Virginia, departed this life early Wednesday morning, Jan. 15, 2025, at the Elkins Rehabilitation & Care Center in Elkins, West Virginia.
The family will receive friends at Saint Patrick Catholic Church at Coalton, West Virginia, on Friday, Jan. 17, 2025, from 10 a.m. until 11:50 a.m.
The Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at noon today.
The Rev. Father James E. O’Connor and The Rev. Father Ed Tetteh will be the Presiders, and interment will follow at the Saint Vincent Cemetery at Kingsville, West Virginia.
The family suggest that expressions of sympathy be in the form of contributions to; Saint Patrick Catholic Church of Coalton, West Virginia, Saint Elizabeth Catholic Church of Philippi, West Virginia, or St. Jude Research Hospital.
