Rosalie Davis Kerns, 80, a resident of Harman, West Virginia , departed this life Friday morning, Jan. 10, 2025, at Cortland Acres at Thomas, West Virginia.
The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Elkins on Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2025, from 11a.m. to 1 p.m., the funeral hour. The Reverend Todd Rhodes will officiate and cremation will follow.
