William Ray ‘Bill’ Vanscoy
William Ray “Bill” Vanscoy, 93, a resident of Morgantown, West Virginia, passed away Thursday evening, Jan. 9, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family and under the care of West Virginia University Hospice.
Bill’s request for cremation will be honored.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church, 412 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of Bill. The
