Barbara Jo Blake, 60, a resident of Kerens, passed away Monday, March 24, 2025, at the Davis Medical Center.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Sunday, March 30, 2025, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, March 31, from the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Tim Edin officiating.
Entombment will follow at Mountain State Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for Barbara Jo Blake.
