Heather Danielle Sneberger

SNEBERGER

Heather Danielle Sneberger, 40, passed away on March 29, 2025, at Ruby Memorial Hospital from complications of the flu and pneumonia.

Heather was born on Sept. 23, 1984, to Teri Sneberger and the late Mark Sneberger.

A lifelong resident of Beverly, she graduated from Elkins High School in 2003 and received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Fairmont State University in 2008. Heather was a member of the Local Laborer’s Union 984 and had been employed the last seven years at various pipeline jobs in West Virginia and other states as far away as Minnesota as a flagger. She was a graduate of the WV Corrections Academy in Glenville and had previously been employed at Huttonsville Correctional Center as a Corrections Officer and later as a Parole Office.

Heather loved animals but had a special passion for horses and dogs. From a young age to adult, she showed horses throughout West Virginia and surrounding states. She showed horses several years on the Northern WV Quarter Horse Association Youth team at the All American Quarter Horse Congress in Columbus, Ohio.

Surviving are two children, Connor Mark and Ellie Grace, who were the loves of her life; and her very special Mammie, (Carolyn Pingley).

She is preceded in death by her loving father, Mark Anthony Sneberger; grandfather, Russell William Pingley; and grandparents, John and Marion Sneberger; and an uncle, John J. Sneberger.

Also preceding her in death was her Godmother and aunt, Frances J. Pingley; and a special uncle and aunt, Willard “Unky Lynn” and Olga “Aunt Olgie” Ball; great-grandparents, Bryan and Zernia Pingley, Jess and Elsie Hornick and Mark and Polona Sneberger and Helen and Joseph Steffick.

There are several aunts and uncles, cousins and family members too numerous to mention but still held a special place in Heather’s heart.

Heather’s witty and joyful personality and her always positive personality will be missed. Our hearts are completely broken but we have assurance that she is in heaven with her beloved Daddy who she had missed so much.

Visitation will be held at Randolph Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., the funeral hour.

Rev. Jerry Murrell will officiate, and interment will follow in Beverly Cemetery in Beverly. The Randolph Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements for Heather Danielle Sneberger.
