Timothy ‘Tim’ Kittle

KITTLE

Timothy “Tim” Kittle, 59, a resident of Mill Creek, passed away Sunday morning, March 2, 2025, at the Rosewood Center in Grafton, West Virginia.

He was born Feb. 11, 1966, a son of the late Louie “Jack” Kittle and Hazel M. Petry, who survives at Mill Creek. Also surviving are several aunts and uncles, including Gary and Sada Cutright, Billy Scott, Terry Scott, Lancil and Donna Scott; and nieces and nephews.

Also preceding him in death in addition to his father, was his step-father, Howard Petry; an uncle, James Cutright; and aunts, Leanna Landis and Freda Scott.

Tim graduated from Tygart Valley High School and had worked at Liggett’s Supply in Mill Creek. He was employed as a correctional officer at the Huttonsville Correctional Center for over 16 years prior to his retirement.

Tim was an avid bear hunter and loved spending time with many of his great bear hunter friends.

Friends may call from 10:30 a.m. until noon Thursday, March 6, 2025, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. A funeral service will be held at noon Thursday from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Frank Stanley officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Olive Cemetery at Hemlock, West Virginia.
