Charles Benie Arbogast, 77, a resident of Valley Head, West Virginia, died Monday, April 14, 2025, in the WV Caring Hospice Inpatient Center in Elkins.
Friends may call from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Monday, April 21, 2025, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 22, from the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Matthew McCauley officiating.
Charles request to be buried at the Valley Head Cemetery at Valley Head, West Virginia, will be honored.
