Thomas Bradley ‘Tommy’ Ware

Mr. Thomas Bradley “Tommy” Ware, 58, a resident of Belington, departed this life Monday April 14, 2025, at his residence. Death was sudden and unexpected.
He was born June 24, 1966, at Canton, Ohio, a son of the late Thomas Lee Ware and Lynda L. (Auvil) Ware, who survives at Belington.
Left to cherish his memory is one son, Anthony Ware, of Belington; one daughter, Rochelle L. (Hollen) King of Philippi; one granddaughter, Molly Lou Ann Ware; and a grandson, Tucker King; and a sister, Kimberly J. Corley of Belington.
Additional survivors include nieces and nephews, Lacrisha Lamb, Karita Flippo, Allison Kennedy and Luca Corley; great-nieces and great-nephews, Eli Flippo, Cyrus Flippo, Brinlee Flippo, Kennedy Flippo and Tyler Wheatherholtz.
Great great-niece, Lilliana Rose Wheatherholtz; and great-great-nephew, Waylon Wheatherholtz; and several cousins and extended family also survive.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a great-niece, Ila Ruth Shreve.
Tommy attended the Schools of Barbour County and was a graduate from the Philip Barbour High School with the class of 1984 and graduated from the Fred Eberle Trade School in building construction. He was previously self-employed as a carpenter from which he retired after his health no longer allowed him to continue working. Tommy was a certified plumber and an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed being in the outdoors. He loved to help others and would give you the shirt off of his back. He was a loving father, son, grandfather and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Friends will be received at The Talbott Funeral Home at 56 N Brandenburg Street in Belington, West Virginia, on Wednesday April 23, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the funeral hour, with the Pastor Johnny Paul Williams II officiating.
Interment will follow in the Trinity Cemetery near Belington.
