Elton Harper Raines, 95, of Cabins, West Virginia, passed away on Monday, May 12, 2025, at Pendleton Manor in Franklin, WV.
Elton’s family will receive friends on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Schaeffer Funeral Home from 11 a.m. till 1 p.m.
Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. from the chapel Schaeffer Funeral Home.
Interment will be in South Branch Valley Memorial Gardens in Petersburg, West Virginia.
