Lois Marian Winn Kimble

Lois was born on March 14, 1951, in Elkins a daughter of the late Emmett Winn and Gladys Johnson Winn.

Left to cherish Lois’ memory is one daughter, Amanda Kimble; one son, Wesley Aaron Linn and wife, Vicky; five grandchildren, Jacob Charles Linn and wife Cori Tallman, Hailee Linn, Trevor Linn, Nathaniel Lavinder and Cameron Lavinder; and siblings, Jay Winn, Marla Winn-Wicht, Nola Clark, Kent Winn and Mark Winn.

Preceding her in death besides her parents was one brother, Lyle Winn.

Lois was a graduate of Elkins High School. She had been employed for many years at Davis Memorial Hospital in the purchasing department, as an Estee Lauder sales representative at Stone and Thomas, and as a customer service representative at Dollar General.

She was an avid reader, took pride in her flower gardening, spending time with her grandchildren; she enjoyed all aspects of life.

Lois was a member of the First Church of Christ in Elkins. She loved reading her Bible and attending social events at the church.

Lois’ request for cremation was honored. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date this year.
