Deloris Y. Jack

She was born Dec. 19, 1933, in Century, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Fred and Phyllis Ann Booth Mundy. On July 4, 1964, she married Hubert B. Jack, who preceded her in death on April 10, 1996.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Freddie Mundy.

She is survived by one son, Blaine Jack of Buckhannon; one sister, Rosa Mae Underwood of West Union, West Virginia; cousin, Georganna Starkey and husband, Robert, of Jane Lew, West Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Jack was a homemaker. She was a Lifetime Member of the Upshur County EMS.

Friends will be received Wednesday, July 2, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor Greg Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Sand Run Baptist Church Cemetery in Excelsior, West Virginia.
