Michael Paul Davis

Mr. Michael Paul Davis, 46, a resident of Belington, departed this life late Friday evening, July 4, 2025, in the Mon General Hospital at Morgantown, West Virginia. Death was following a period of declining health.
He was born Dec. 6, 1978, a son of Kenneth Paul and Jenelda Ann “Nellie” Keene Davis, who survives near Belington. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Ashley Davis of Belington; aunts and uncles, cousins, and a whole host of friends.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Rhonda Davis.
Michael attended the schools of Barbour County, and before becoming disabled, he was employed by MEC Gas Company. He was an avid race fan and was very involved with the No. 56 Keene Race Team.
He loved to socialize with his friends while enjoying a cold beer. He was an avid deer hunter and loved older country music. He was definitely one of a kind and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
Friends will be received at the Talbott Funeral Home, 56 Brandenburg Street, in Belington on Tuesday July 8, 2025m from 5-8 p.m., and on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. the funeral hour when final rites will be conducted from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Johnny Paul Williams officiating.
Interment will follow in the Davis Family Cemetery on the Knobtown Road. near Belington.
