Rose’s family will receive friends on Monday, July 28, 2025, from 5 p .m. to 8 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg, West Virginia.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Schaeffer Funeral Home.
Burial will be in the Claire Haire Crites Cemetery, Critestown, West Virginia.
