David Neal Vance, 57, a resident of Whitmer, West Virginia, passed peacefully in his sleep, Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at his home.
The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Elkins from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 3, 2025.
Final Rites will be conducted from the funeral home, Monday, Aug. 4, 2025, at 11 a.m.
Pastor Steve Wymer will officiate and interment will follow at the Laurel Hill Cemetery at Whitmer, West Virginia.
