Elizabeth Ann ‘Betsy’ Dean
Elizabeth Ann “Betsy” Dean, 75, a resident of Whitmer, West Virginia, passed away Friday, Aug. 15, 2025, at her home.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, from the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Steve Wymer officiating.
Interment will follow at the Mullennex-Armentrout Cemetery at Whitmer, West Virginia.
