Carol Faye (Cook) Swick, 73, of Petersburg, West Virginia, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 7, 2025, at Grant Rehabilitation & Care Center in Petersburg.
Carol’s family will receive friends on Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025, from 6-8 p.m. at Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg, West Virginia.
Funeral service will be on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Schaeffer Funeral Home.
Interment will be in the Kline Cemetery, Kline, West Virginia.
