John Howard Adams Sr.
John Howard Adams Sr., 92, a former resident of Lanham, Maryland, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2025, at Castle of Love Assisted Living in Bowie, Maryland, under the care of Capital Caring Hospice.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until noon, Monday, Oct. 6, 2025, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
A funeral service will be held at noon Monday from the funeral home chapel.
Interment will follow at the Brick Church Cemetery at Huttonsville, where full military honors will be accorded by members of West Virginia National Guard Honor Guard Program, HW Daniels Post 29 American Legion and Tygart Valley Post 3649 Veterans of Foreign Wars.
