Roger Vandevender
Roger Vandevender, 82, a resident of Kerens, West Virginia, and Debary, Florida, passed away Monday, Oct. 13, 2025, at the Elkins Rehabilitation & Care Center.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until noon, Thursday, Oct. 16, 2025, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
A funeral service will be held at noon Thursday, from the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Kevin Gainer officiating.
Interment will follow in the Mountain State Memorial Gardens near Gilman, where Presentation of the American Flag will be made by members of the West Virginia National Guard Honor Guard Program.
The Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for Roger Vandevender.
