Bobby Eugene Puffenbarger
Bobby Eugene Puffenbarger, 77, of Waverly, Ohio, and formerly of Sugar Grove, West Virginia, beloved husband, daddy and pap-pap, went to his heavenly home on Friday, Jan. 23, 2026.
In honoring his wishes, his body has been cremated, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
