Deborah Theresa Winton Ritter
Deborah Theresa Winton Ritter, 64, a resident of Hambleton, West Virginia, departed this life Tuesday evening, Jan. 6, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her loving family and under the care of West Virginia Caring.
The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
Final Rites will be conducted from the funeral home, Sunday, Jan. 11, 2026, at 3 p.m.
The Rev. Cecil Hines will officiate and cremation will follow.
Inurnment will follow at Parsons City Cemetery at a later date.
The family suggests that expressions of sympathy be in the form of contributions to the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center, 10 Medical Center Drive, Morgantown, WV 26505.
