Mr. Joseph George Charnoplosky Jr., 75, a resident of the Audra Road near Belington, departed this life early Saturday morning, Jan. 17, 2026, at his home surrounded by his devoted wife and children who had done so much for him throughout his illness.
Per George's request, cremation will be honored.
Due to inclimate weather, the family has postponed the services to Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, at the Weaver Church of the Nazarene, where friends will be received from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m., from the church, with the Pastor Johnny Paul Williams II officiating.
The Interment of his cremains will follow in the Concord Cemetery, where full military rites will be accorded by the United States Army and the Harrison County Honor Guard.
George requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Weaver Church of the Nazarene Building Fund PO Box 122 Junior, WV. 26275.
