Texie Marie Bright Mallow, 98, a resident of Laurel Mountain, Montrose, West Virginia, and a recent resident of Harmony of Morgantown, Morgantown, West Virginia, passed from this life on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 9, 2026, from the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Tim Edin officiating.
Interment will follow at Mountain State Memorial Gardens near Gilman.
